Alpine Edge is a property management company that offers condo rentals, ski lodging, Breckenridge cabins, and more. Each rental home has its own unique elegance that contributes to the town’s historic charm. We have been working with Alpine Edge since October to ensure these high-end vacation rentals come well equipped with some specialty Breck Coffee! We sat down with Josiah, one of the Alpine Edge property managers, to find out more about the company, where he’s from, and what his coffee drinking routine looks like!

What’s your name? What do you do? Tell us about yourself.

Josiah: “Josiah, Rental Property Manager with Alpine Edge. I am from the East Coast, we moved a lot. I was born in Wilmington, NC. Spent most of my time in Orlando, Florida working for Disney World for the past four years. I traveled to Central America and around the United States as a tour guide.”

If you had to describe Alpine Edge in one word? Describe the vibe.

Josiah: “Driven.”

What kinds of things is Alpine Edge doing this summer? Any up and coming new projects you can tell us about?

Josiah: “We’re always looking at new properties and making improvements. New properties, new rentals, new places people can visit.”

How long have you been in Breck?

Josiah: “Since September 2019.”

Where can we find you on your days off in the summer? Winter?

Josiah: “In the summer on the trails. Biking trails and hiking trails. Outdoor basketball courts at the rec center. Goal for the summer is to drive the top 10 most beautiful drives in Colorado. In the winter on the slopes. Snowboarding. Coffee. Snowboarding. Rec Center playing basketball.”

What activity do you want to get into in Summit County next?

Josiah: “Kayaking, rock climbing, mountain biking, road biking, hiking.”

Josiah: “Iced coconut milk latte.”

Josiah: “Coconut milk latte with honey.”

Josiah: “Cuppa Joe and the Crepe Cart.”

Josiah: “Black Coffee with a percolator or a french press.”

Josiah: “2-3 cups everyday.”

Josiah: “Everything. Coffee means social outings, quick energy, relaxing mornings.”

Josiah: “Socializing, like after a really good breakfast and brunch.”
