INTRODUCING: Breckenridge Distillery RUM Barrel-Aged Coffee

The Breckenridge Distillery is not only the World’s Highest Distillery, they are also right across town from our Roastery! The Distillery is best known for their award-winning bourbon whiskey, but the real hidden treasure is their rum.

The Breckenridge Distillery Colorado Rum casks create an unstoppable wave of flavor of candied apple, cinnamon, dark chocolate, cacao and allspice. Once we add our coffee to the mix, you'll be feeling like an overly caffeinated Jack Sparrow in no time.

We start with specialty coffee beans, sustainably sourced from Peru. These beans have been carefully selected for a creamy, chocolatey, nutty flavor profile that pairs perfectly with the Breck Distillery’s Rum barrels. To achieve optimum flavor, the beans are aged in Rum barrels for one week before we finish by roasting them high in the Colorado Rockies.
