Bean Spotlight: INDONESIA - Sulawesi Toraja
This Indonesian coffee comes from the Toraja region in Sulawesi and produces a balanced cup with low acidity and tasting notes of dark chocolate, walnut, granola and raisin. Think chocolatey granola in liquid coffee form, plus a healthy dose of caffeine! It also makes for an excellent espresso.

We are beyond excited to introduce our latest coffee sourced from Guatemala and entirely female-farmer produced! Not only is this high quality coffee filled with notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and plum, but its inception is also one tiny step towards achieving gender equality within the coffee industry in Guatemala. In Guatemala, gender equality remains a challenge, and coffee has long been a male-dominated industry. These factors have made it incredibly difficult for women to compete and thrive in the coffee world.
More than Coffee Project #1: Colombia - Copper Condor
Breck Coffee Roasters presents our first More than Coffee Project with the goal to raise funds to purchase the raw materials necessary to build a second classroom in the Fresna Village in Colombia. This Colombian Coffee has tasting notes of cinnamon, lemon, almond, and sugar cane.
Bean Spotlight: Peru - Organic Chasqui
This USDA Organic Peruvian coffee comes from the collection of 68 smallholder coffee producers throughout three regions in Peru: Cajamarca, Junin and San Martin. The altitude of these farms range from 800–1,800 meters and produce coffee varieties including Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, Catimor, Catuai, and Castillo. This coffee is harvested May through October, where the beans undergo natural fermentation, are washed and then sun dried. The end result is a coffee with sweet notes of chocolate, nougat and tart green grape with mild acidity and a smooth body that finishes like a crisp, white wine.

The journey from farm to cup is not a simple one in the mountainous country of Papua New Guinea, but one that is well worth it when you take your first sip of this heavy bodied, medium acidity coffee with notes of caramel, dried fruit, sweet caramel, subtle green tea and melon.
